Reception perfect no complaints Restaurant unbelievable 3 guests 45 min after food order, pasta could deliver, drinks contribute very slowly

A standard hotel. I’m surprised they don’t have black our blinds. I got woken up at 6am with the sun. Basic and not very healthy breakfast. Nice service.

I do believe the best in town. Central location make it cozy! Cleaness and housekeeping of the whole structure it's actually a plus! Great Breakfast!

Standard Reikartz quality so so management. Reception guys are very lame. They will never help you if someone disturbed you with noise under the window. But they will always try to extra charge you when found some spots on the bedsheet (had to show them how to remove it with simple wet napkin). Not bad for Mariupol but very limited for whole hotel network. I was in Superior room. Standard ones are very poor you cannot even sit down normally to work at the table. P.S. A mirror right behind the toilet made me lol.

Really nice place to stay. Probably the best in the city.
