Steak 'n Shake - Marion

The employees were great, but everything Else was extremely disappointing. We haven't visited in a few years and in that time they have really gone downhill! The menu was extremely limited and many things were out of order. Disappointed, we had been looking forward to it.

They need better management they dont know what they are doing. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend taking your family to this location.

Simply horrible! 25 minutes for 2 Burgers and 2 Fries. Lacked the steak and shake traditional flavor and cold when I got the order.

Got in line at drive thru at 9:40- with three cars ahead of me. Once it got to 9:57 I called inside twice to make sure I’d still be served and they didn’t answer. Got to order window at 10:02 and they told me they’re closed and don’t care I waited 22 minutes.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious every time! We will be back!
