The 2 stars are just for food. The service deserves 5 stars, they were friendly, helpful and exceptionally courteous. Currently they offer two Trust Me’s: regular and light, then there is the Nozawa special or whatever it was called, and the other sets: no roles, all roles, not raw fish, and perhaps another. I have the regular Trust Me, $26.50: 1. Edamame 2. Tuna sashimi in ponzu: too cold, too ponzu’d, tuna itself had no taste. 3. Albacore and salmon sushi: no taste, Albacore was overponzu’d, the rice was a bit warm. 4. Blue crab roll, toro roll: crab was pretty good, but there was a piece of bowl in mine. Toro: sad toro scrap, but at least it had taste. Everything was too warm. 5. Shrimps and Yellowtail Sushi: Shrimps: no taste, Yellowtail: slightly fishy! I love Hamachi, that made me very unhappy. And it was too warm. No wasabi, no nothing between fish and rice. Okay. Whatever. But slightly hard loose rice. Flavorless fish. Too cold or too warm. At least I'm full. And as I said, the service was really great. p.s. tax and tip added now, and not included in the price you see more. Tip is 16%.

This is a fast fix 4 your sushi vows! Sugarfish Manager Lele showed that Nozawa-San buys the same varieties of fish 4 both joints. We find that the cook(s) at Sugarfish simply do not cut them properly! But hey, this is a fast repair 4 your sushi guild! N they stay open until 10 a.m. on weekdays!
