Bidrage med feedbackWe are visiting in marilia for a week on vacation family and were 4 times since we are here, and each time not disappointed. first we have lived in france, usa, kanada. and le marche is on the same level, if not better some of the best restaurants we were. amazing eating, fresh seafood, handcrafted brote, pastas and desserts. everything is made in the house! amazing decor and ambiente, great service friendly staff, really a perfect all-round experience. as I have said that such a restaurant on top level 500 km from são paulo in a city like marilia, they are sure happy to have such an amazing location close to home. Congratulations!
Excellent. worth what really offers. from the starter through gloomy. very good wine offer. presumably will return for a family celebration
I went to Brazil for the second time, Jan18th-Feb5th 2016. this time I had to see sao paulo and some inner life when I visited friends in marilia. without expectations what I would find regarding good eating, I checked trip advisor and the first place that caught my attention was le marche bistro. the place looks very good online and seemed very high in terms of its decoration, furniture and overall appearance. I don't give much weight on online reviews in the rule, but in this particular circumstance I didn't have much else to go. Now, the people who have already commented are right at the point for le marche, this is a 12 out of 10 for everyone I have ever been. my friends and I are not impressed easily and we were blown away completely. for a comparison to what I would compare this place in toronto, I don't think joeys, I think more canu fine eating, one of the best restaurants kanadas. I never thought I'd find such a place, is the middle brasiliens. they have an interior with air conditioning, if it is really hot from very nice, come into this, or for a beautiful exterior when the weather is cooperatiw. my friends and I were so impressed that we ate four of our 5 nights there. when we quickly became regular night guests, we met the friendly staff who spoke English with us. the bartender they had worked was the most fluent in English, but all employees loved to speak English as well. that was great for a Canadian traveler. we asked who made the food and desserts for this place and were presented eric and emi. he notes that the chef Eric comes from Canada and met his partner emi during the training in the codon bleu in paris. what a small world, also from toronto canada! That's what has explained us a lot. not too many chefs make up the codon bleu on this planet in marilia brazilien never something! they have their diploma from 2011 on the bar, really cool! here are some dishes my friend and tried and loved; frozen gras one of the best we ever had, the focaccia I asked if it could be like a margarita pizza focaccia and the chef could not be disappointed, he added a bit basilikum and tomat and some cheese melted, wow! the lobster risotto, super, the ravioli they need to make sure that they are a little space for dessert, because only if they thought that this place cannot be better, they are hit, the reason that this place is a 12 and not a 10. there is an amazing choice of the fine desert, they try the with a birne in it, coconut type egg and one like a really light cannoli, except its not fried its much lighter and much tastier. I can't remember the exact names of all courts or desserts, but all are excellent. we tried the salmon, oktopus, jumbo garnelen and fresh lobster humidor all fantastic as they are located near an ozeans; haha. we are not heavy drinkers, but they make a middle caipirinha that became an instant favorit, they also have a good choice of beer and wein and some beautiful high-end bottles as well as for a special occasion. le marche please tell me if they open a location in Canada or even in the Usa! my friends and I'll be back. thanks for the hospitality and great memories. all good, tropical mike.
Soouo. this is my 5th of 8 nights in marilia on a business trip. while I found every night a decent meal (except in the 2nd night I was looking for a nice dinner tonight as I had 3 customers with me. the. concierge in the hotel recommended la marche. the dame told me that it was a new restaurant that quickly became "the place to eat" in the city. while I am hesitant in the regular with new restaurants, as they always seem good at first and then they know the rest. we have in taxi and I told the driver that we are going 'la marche .' surprisingly the first thing the driver said was 'best restaurant in the city my friend .'or something like in portugese I did not have one for ratings but carry them with me! so far my experience in marilia was about what I expected. 4 out of 5 nights I found a place that went almost like not home, good eating they find in most cities. Once we got out of the taxi, I knew this place was different. paris, london new york? right next to the whole facility and the feeling was something I had not met in Brazil, including the last 3 days last week touring the chic restaurants in sao paolo on my chefs dime: immediately remembered me la marche of a new trendy place in soho or a similar area in london, over and beyond what I have seen so far in london. first reaction was high end chic (please explain). we were immediately greeted by the host who offered us a comfortable place in the bar (I had no reservation so that there was a 20 min waiting for a table we had a cocktail while we waited for an opening. the service was from the second hour in which we went until the host sat in the dining room. again this was different from any other place I have visited so far in Brazil (marilia or sao paolo). from here la marche has only better: eating was incredible! appetizers were so good or better than anything they find in any high-end restaurant anywhere I traveled. I am very impressed in this point of course and a little withdrawn. something about la marche made me think that this place in the inner brasiliens did not come out of that! One of the customers I was entertaining tonight is a self-proclaimed foodie. he is currently working out paris and to be honest, he is a little to eat. one of these people (we have met all! from the time we came to the restaurant until the time we left, he was constantly over the service and eating with some words that I suspect were "bored" from the last output of vogue: he was so at the place when the cook came to imagine, they met a talk and unrealized eats in the chef was very personal who made the whole experience so much better. my 'friend 'friend' has even got us a round drink from the cook on the house! unnecessary to say (I am rambling that eating was fantastic and the atmosphere was what they would expect in a world-class restaurant in a world-class city. Finally we ordered a mixture of desert (berries etc. and espresso coffee before leaving and I think that was the best part of the meal. the chef mentioned that his wife was trained in france at a top ballery school and he was not fucked! I will try to publish some pictures to justify our great experience tonight, hopefully they do la marche justity! I am here until Saturday morning and will be definitiw Friday evening with my chef back! Last but not least, the wine list is extensive and elsewhere I have visited in Brazil, signed, very impressed!
