Marlow's Tavern - Marietta

Delicious food. I had never had sweet grits with garnel, but woowza tasty! many seats. not too loud to talk to your peeps. friendly, helpful staff!

My husband and I ate here with our 14 month old daughter last night. Kimberly was our server and she was fantastic super friendly, gave great menu recommendations, and she was so engaging with our daughter! I know the hospitality/service industry has been feeling staffing issues (very much so) due to pandemic life, but last night was a breath of fresh air!

Tried this place because a foodie IG I follow posted about it. I thought our server was really good. I found the food to be pretty good but I’ll admit that it tasted like the fish in my fish tacos was seasoned unevenly. Each of the bites tasted different because of how much or how little seasoning there was in that spot. Overall, a good place.

Marlow's tavern was a very nice place. I enjoyed it. The food was delicious I ordered ahi tuna salad and that was really good. Could you use a little more tuna in it. Overall environment was a dark tavern environment and it was a busy place. Our server Amy was excellent. The only problem I had was the floors were slippery and the table top was sticky. I have no idea why but that was the only thing that I could actually say negative. If you fix that then it would probably be a five star rating.

A very delicious burger. We just had the usual fare that everyone there was getting since we went with friends. The staff was not very attentive, but they did at least ask one time how the food was and we were given one refill, but had to ask for it. It wasn't too loud and we were able to have conversations. I would give 3.5 /5stars.
