Apparently, I missed a small sign on the door, which said that they were only doing order online today. no big thing, that was my fault that not to see that, but if I were the entrepreneur, I would wish that customers tell me honest feedback about my experience. from whatever reason, I didn't feel like being a customer or noticed while I was standing there for 8 minutes.
I have requested the collection. I ordered a chicken burrito shell that I used for extra white rice, extra black bran and that was nowhere to be found. the guacamole did not taste as usual, because it was actually not like nothing! the steak burrito I ordered also had barely a steak. what happened to the devil? Of course, your location will never get my money again. the worst Chipotle experience ever!
Very disappointing. I love chipotle and once had a bad experience at this place. I decided to try it again today. I ordered a barbacoa burrito, barbacoa tacos with extra barbacoa for a $5 upgrade and gracamole and chips. one of my tacos came without meat and the other two had very little insecure the fact that I paid for extra meat. they were not cooked in the buritto. we had to get everything out before we eat. the chips were stale and the guacamole had a funny taste.
In any case the worst chipotle locations. Why doesn't it just close when it's so hard to run efficiently? it's always dirty, soaking machines are always empty, workers are annoying and quarreling, I have shown at least 3 times to see a sign on the door, saying that due to the personal problems, no one can be placed in person order after I already pass the drive. I don't order it anymore, because my order always ends wrong. I have this name “Subpar Chipotle” in my chipotle app. I will begin to make the drive to sandy springs to avoid this in the future.
After 25 visits to this location I can honestly say, this is the worst Chipotle in the state of Georgia. Way too many incorrect orders, always out of guacamole, and now the rewards program won't allow customers to add they're earned rewards two meals online. Workers throw stuff together and it tastes like it. The manager attends to customer issues like a teenager. Way too many bad experiences.
