Chili's Grill - Marietta

The service was great by our waitress, Nina. She was very professionally polite, even during her break to ensure that our party of six (6) had everything we needed during our meal.

Patty was amazing! So good their tip was half the cost of our bill. The food was fresh and at the point. We had a party of 5.

My 9-year-old grandson loves Chili. Me the spinach queso n he loves the children chicken fingers with the lava cake! Children's dishes are great!

Great place to go for lunch or dinner specifically Lunch. Because my crew workers and I went here and was in and out fast. Food was hot fresh and fast served. The woman FOH manager was great she was a runner for BOH as well. She really show what it is to be a manager and jump in to help your team. Even if it includes running food to tables. She assisted her team and that was great to see. The server we had India was wonderful as well. Very attentive, sense of urgency, polite, and eagered to assist her tables the best way she knows how. India repeats back the orders just to make sure she has it correct as she stated. She wants everyone to have correct food and beverages with no issues provided from her end. I always come to this Chili's because they are kind, clean, and never that packed. They follow the Covid procedures in place and thats great.

Since the pandemic Servers walk around with attitudes and managers no better. Didn't know they closed have the restaurant because the hostess doesn't explain Customer service has gone down at Chili's. That's important to me!! Food is still good We won't be back until improvments are made
