Chick-fil-a - Marietta

Ew: the cashier, who means I don't know, can't seem to understand my order, so I asked a manager. A man named Bryan came out and was no understanding of my problems at all. I have a strong accent to see how I am from Brazil is hard for me. He was rude and almost made it as if he had made fun of the accent. My children were with me and hadn't seen any racism for me yet. It hurts. Thought Chik fil a was all for customers. As a Christian I was injured and badly treated by a Christian company. I and my children will not come back for Bryan. We didn't like Bryan. If I were to put 0 stars for Bryan.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, but I can't. I tried to reach chick-fil-a three times, they read the message, but never replied. Yay never thought Kicher-fil-a was feeding me or making me wrong?. I put a catering order for a 5 P.M. pickup when I arrived, it wasn't ready. Okay, I understand they're busy. They asked me to wait on the side, they gave me almost nothing but to say twice, it would be a few minutes. That was 34 minutes. My order was too late for the event, they never gave me a reason, I saw two catering orders left during this time. They were in time for them. The staff was nice, simply not very informative or apologetic. I understand delays, but 34 minutes and twice to say, it's just a few minutes absurd. Could she? ve explained the situation, could I? ve come back later or waited in my car, but they abused me several times. Then I was fed when I got out.

What I can say, this is Chick-fil-A! From a quick, efficient and speedy service, outstanding customer service and the best crew/employees ever! As usual, the chicken sandwich was on point and the mac cheese where delicious! I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

The ?COVID Lameness? has officially met this CFA. Only 2 employees decide to show up on Friday morning and so the doors cannot be opened. Time to get out of bed like I eat breakfast in your store.

Friendly efficent service fast. The food was hot and delicious. 3 meals for about $20. Beverages and fries were included in total costs. Love your chicken sandwich!
