Mcdonald S - Mariestad

McDonalds Mariestad has today (on my list and a few more customers) ended up at the bottom of the list! The coffee/tea service was a disaster at around 09.30-10.00 today. A couple of customers left despite paying, an Italian couple got the order completely wrong, we and many more waited for 20 min plus for regular coffee and tea. Confused staff who shirked responsibility and communicated poorly with both customers and each other! Many customer votes we will not return here ! McDonalds is what it is, but the tables never seemed to be wiped and it took a long time to get the food even though the place was almost empty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The first thing you encounter is a sticky and dirty floor throughout the room. There are a lot of staff behind the cash register, most of them seem to have forgotten that they are at work and mostly stand around talking to each other. The milkshake tasted old and was melted, the menus were missing half the content. The toilet was the dirtiest I have seen in a long time. Didn't even go to wash hands. For McDonald's it was a much lower standard than I'm used to. Despite an almost empty venue, the quality of care was very low. The positive was the play corner which the children appreciated.
