Bidrage med feedbackI left my gray and pink Woodstock hat on the stand between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM this morning, January 8, 2022. When I checked back at 11:15 PM, it was missing. I was informed that no one had turned it in. If anyone has found it, please return it to the reception manager. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
We were seated right away, but then no one came to take our drink orders or offer coffee. The server was busy cleaning tables and gave tickets to three other customers while completely ignoring our table. My partner asked if he could get a coffee, hoping she would acknowledge him, but she continued to overlook us. After waiting for 15 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. The service was incredibly unfriendly. We ended up going to IHOP instead, where the staff was much more welcoming and the food was better.
I received an email offering free delivery through my rewards account, but it didn’t work, so I opted for pickup instead. I also had a promo code, 50ff25, but that didn’t work either. The burgers were cold and extremely greasy—quite unpleasant, to be honest. The chicken starters were tasty, but they were about 50% smaller than shown in the picture.
