Bidrage med feedbackGreat reception, we arrived at 1:00. The waiter offered us to cook a freshly caught “Fera” and then served in front of us at the table. We had already chosen our menu, but it was nice to be asked. Very simple, freshly prepared fish... beginning and I had the best steak I've eaten for years. Service polite, fast and unpredictable. Will be back
The cooking is excellent here. But the service was not impressive. It was quite bad. The adults were served on cold plates, yet the children promptly received hot plates. Weird idea of family service. The waitress kept moving extremely hot plates over the head of...the children. We have changed places just to make them safe and the woman complained about not having enough space to move around. My entire fish was well cooked I assumed. But it was broken it enough pieces to make it look like canned tuna. Luckily there were quite a few bones showing up and of course some skin pieces to show. I should have ordered the fillets like the others! Maybe it was a problem with the waitress, as at the other tables the service was clearly better and the fish was well deboned and the skin removed without breaking the fish. Also, all the three tables serviced by this woman meant forgotten pieces of the menu like the juice for the children which were brought gingerly when asked for together with the bill. In our case things were so much better. The next table was given the french fries for six on a plate installed on the serving table, which was closer to our table than theirs. And the patrons had to make short trips to serve themselves as the waitress was nowhere to be seen. And at the following table a red wine glass turned over was solved by installing a cloth while everybody was holding on their plate and a gentleman had to hold the bread basket too. Later they were served by leaving the fish hot plate on the side, with the french fries on a second plate stacked on top of the first one and the waitress went on to serve something else and came back in less than 10 minutes.
A very good time as always for more than 10 years! pleasant and friendly servers/servers, exceptional typical dishes and a magnificent setting on the shores of Lake Geneva.Products from daily fishing in the lake and prepared on site.
We are back delighted with our meal, welcomed by the very friendly patronage and the waitress! we took the menu at 38 euros with carpaccio of fera and nets of perches, it was very good! You have to think about booking because it's still full.
My favorite restaurant! the quenelles of fera with the shrimp bisque are really delicious! and what to say of the dessert "Swans": as beautiful as good! an address that is worth the detour!
