Downbeach Deli And - MARGATE CITY

Not the best deli in the world but not the worst either. I Usually have an omelette when I’m here and they do a pretty good job. Knishes are really good here as are some of the salads. Never ate from their dinner menu. The place is about a block from the beach in Margate so you can’t expect gourmet food. I do think ownership tries very hard to give every customer a good experience. Anything wrong that I’ve complained about gets fixed pronto! Ask for Angela she’s the best.

Friendly take out service, matzo ball heaven light as a cloud, many carrots, celery, thin noodles in an epic broth.

Great place, great atmosphere, long time family favorite beacuse the logo looks like it says Downbeach Eli, instead of Downbeach Deli(we have a family member named Eli). Furthermore, their actual deli part is cute and is just like a real NYC deli, except for all the monopoly decorations

Great Jewish deli. the menu was endless. the waitress brought a heaping pick table and a broth selection before ordering. the open face reuben was stacked high with lean, delicate corned beef and all circumcisions to make a delicious sandwich. the chicken carving was moist and tasty, and the eggplant tomatoes side dish and baked sweet potato filled the dish. the service was wonderful as the ambiente. we ordered the dessert. we look forward to visiting Jewish apple pie and cheese pie tonight with coffee and tea.
