Papa John's Pizza - Margate

The pizza is good when it is fresh, but the customer service is not where it should be. I'm not gonna protect this place anymore.

I called at 10:15 to make an order for my family. While the deliveries stop after 12, the Lord told me on the phone, 10 orders would have to go through, and they couldn't place mine tonight. I thought that was a little rediuclousia when I called so early. I actually wanted to give Papa John's my business, like a typical domino or pizza hut, but after today. I'm done. Gentleman hadn't wanted me to try again later to call up or something. If I couldn't give stars, I would, above that it took 15 minutes and a call back just to say I couldn't place my order so that they just knock out the phone in this store and I bet don't want to take late deliveries. I assure you what really happens. I actually called about 10, waited 15 min, no answer and called back and finally answered the phone after 8 minutes. Neve again.

Bad place for people. I've been ordering this place for over three years. The last delivery driver left my pizza at the fence and didn't knock or ring the bell (after him a nice tip). I called the store and asked what happened; the manager gave me two free pizzas. A few days past and I decided to get one of the free pizza! I called and they said no problem! You have my address, but I still have to pay $4 delivery that wasn't a problem. After an hour or so, I got a call from the driver and said she was out in front of my new address in Coral Spring... I don't apologize. I called the store and asked what happened, they said they had 3 addresses from my number; think I have lived there for years and never lived in CS! Long story short; the manager sent me the cold pizza that was cooked a half hours ago! No more!

It's my first time to try Papa John's. Before I always came from Dominos, but I'm definitely done eating this topping-less pizza. It is quite dry, just a few toppings, one or two for each slice and a very thin slice of cheese. I know it's the big $8 pizza but $17 version is not too generous. So I finally tried Papa John's. Man... the amount of blows and the amount of cheese was so generous and also the taste was great. I'm definitely going forward with Papa John's. A star I had to clip because manager who made the pizza didn't wear the mask properly, the nose was not covered, the same case for another person around the oven. I understand that it is difficult to wear them properly all day and I was a little concerned, but since it is a cooked food, I was able to overcome the concern, but that would be great if they wear the mask properly because I plan to buy pizza again.

LOVE Papa John?s Pizza and this pizza shop always amaze as how GOOD they do the pizza. The taste is superior. Those others negative reviews I don?t know but every time I order here, it?s fresh, tastes good and I never had a problem with THIER employees on the phone or whenever I have called to place the order. On my behalf, you ALL are doing a wonderful job, keep it up!
