Bidrage med feedbackI love Dunkin' and I don't think this will change, but the inconvenience in customer service is a drag. The gentleman on the window was not equipped or up to excellent customer service. He forgot 3 articles from my order and I had to come back. The woman behind the microphone saved the day and I was overall satisfied with my experience. He is the reason why my beloved Dunkin'didn do not get 5 stars this go round!
The girls at this point are so nice. My son, who is 4 years old, was so disappointed because she no longer had the decorations for the monster ice, but she gave him a regular cone and dressed the ice with wrinkles and other objects and not for the inconvenience of a crying toddler.
I've been here for years and love the staff there! You always make my coffee right and you know exactly what I want as soon as I get through the door.
Ask Lenny's best worker I've been dealing with. He's on top and he's making a middle ice cream coffee. He is so good in the packaging donuts and breakfast croissants too. Now.
If I could give this store a negative I would. Every morning my daughter and I stop for a latte. The machine is either broken, being cleaned, or they dont get the order right. This morning we waited 15 minutes for a latte we were told to pull up and then had to go inside because it was taking so long only to find out they forgot to bring it out to the car and had to wait til they made another one because ot was cold!!! Dont they understand they make people late for work? This location is unprofessional. Take my advice and travel a bit further to the next one...
