Chicken Treat - Margaret River

After doing a few jobs in town we decided to have a lazy lunch and chose chicken treat so we could get our lunch and eat on the way home.I ordered two quarter chicken and chips with wings, simple.....It was reasonably busy so I waited for around 10 minutes, which was fine, I wasn't in a hurry. Got our order and headed out of town, we live on a farm. Opened up my pack and to my utter disappointment I didn't have what I ordered, a wing, no I had the drumstick. I truly dislike them, hence why I order wings. It was the smallest drumstick I have seen, it may have been a pigeon!. It is just really annoying, I heard the girl read out the order, no excuse, and it isn't the first time! On on positive note, the chips were well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Please check, and double check.

When you are in a hurry and desperate for something to eat you can always count on chicken treat for some grub .

I wouldn't normally make a comment about a cheap fast food place, which Chicken Treat is...but I found the counter service to be friendly and exceptionally good on my visit. A smile and with fast prepared food was greatly appreciated by me. The food was also quite good!

Visited Margret River Chicken Treat. Was greeted with poor service and a rude girl. I ordered my usual and was then informed they don't sell that and to have it would be $25 instead of $12 like everywhere else. I then waited and waited while everyone else was served including locals after me. And then had to sit in the cold. Food was good though and hot.

The restaurant was bustling and I was in a rush, but the waitress quickly attended to me and the food arrived faster than I expected.
