Tgi Fridays - Marelly's

I was at this location on Wednesday 4/10 with a group from work. The service was horrible. The food was very late and it look 2 hours to finish our meal which is ridiculous. Never coming back. The food was ok.

My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday, but it was a huge mistake. fridays used to be my absolute favorite. but this time our table was dirty and the chairs were covered in crumbs which we had to clean ourselves. food took 40 minutes to arrive when the restaurant had just us and 2 other tables taken,and the waitress said she would go bring us napkins and silverware. 5 minutes later and still nothing, I had no choice but to grab silverware from the next table over for myself. only 15 minutes after did the waitress remember to check on us and by that time we long finished our drinks and asked for refills as well as the napkins she never brought us. waitress said nothing and just rolled her eyes and walked away, and avoided conversation and making eye contact any time after that, even when giving us (initially the wrong) our bill. this isn't the first time I was greatly disappointed by Friday's. I don't know what's going on with the management, but I will not risk another awful experience.
