Smashburger - Marelly's

Stopped by a few days ago and ordered a bacon double and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Nice and juicy, cooked perfectly. I bragged to my wife about it and had to go get a couple burgers for dinner today and they were know where near as good as the first time. Burgers were way overcooked and very dry. I was very disappointed. I never post reviews normally. I would not have accepted this if I was dining in. I will give it another try and I'll be dining in just in case in comes out like it did tonight. ?

Love smashburger, used to go to Five Guys for burgers but never again.Smashburger has better burgers for a better price and the seasoned fries are SO good!

I use to bring my kid here after school almost once a week before covid, as it became a routine of ours. It was always clean and the people who worked there were friendly, it was just a nice quiet place to come and enjoy a good burger..but now, this place has become something almost unrecognizable. Having not been here for quite some time, I was shocked upon walking in, we immediately noticed a strong smell, almost as if we were in a mechanic shop. There was food all over the ground and the tables were dirty. I wanted to leave but gave this place the benefit of the doubt since we had a good history with it. Looking back, we should've just left. The food was horrible, the drinks were terrible since the fountain machine was straight carbonation and the girl who worked there was doing everything except helping. I asked for a side of ranch and she brought it to the table and tossed it on to the table and went back to her phone. I get it, nobody wants to work anymore, but I find it very hard to believe that this girl was the only applicant available. I encourage every one to stay away from this place until it's been completely overhauled!

This location has gotten worse since I first visited the establishment.. for 3 times in a row my order has been completely wrong.. luckily on this last visit I was still in the parking lot when I noticed. The inside smelled like motor oil and tires.. totally confusing. I went back to see if there had been some improvement, but there wasn't.. check your food before you leave , probably not a good idea to door dash this location.

This location needs some serious help. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of a gas engine or something resembling a tire shop/auto shop. Decided to get my food to go at it was nauseating. Not very clean on the inside. One employee on the phone while standing at the register, didn't seem interested in helping me. Second employee came up and took my order and then went back to the kitchen to cook my food himself. He's the only reason it's a 2 star not a 1. At least the food was fresh, although in heindseight concerning what it might contain from the fumes in the place.
