Food was cold and old, no too friendly staffs. Waste of

This is the worst panda store in Orlando. Food quality control is non-existent. Food portion is very small. They are biased when serving your food. Hard and tasteless rice!! Dirty floors.Terrible service. This store really needs to improve and stop serving low quality food to its customers!

The worker which name is TENICIA can’t be called “Manager”. I ordered a plate for my kid and paid for it but couple minutes later he decided to upgrade for a bigger plate . The server told us he would have to charge $2 for that and we agreed but by the time we got the bag with the food, he said it was gonna be $5,50 instead of $2. The lady interrupted the conversation and instead of solving the issue as a REAL MANAGER would have done, she decided just to ask me if I want to pay or not! She decided to throw away the food instead of solving the misunderstanding. Bad , too bad Tenicia , Lake Nona Branch

This is an ok place to eat. Problem was they were outta all the food and what food was there was cold, dry and in small amounts. The rice we returned because it was so chewy that it was not possible to swallow... The servers were awesome so they helped out a bunch... The place is kinda dark but don't sit next to doors because it does a ton of carry out... Our local location is far superior... I will pass on net time around.

This is probably the worse Panda Express u have ever been too. I counted a total of 3 German cockroaches near the soda machine. Absolutely disgusting.
