The Bakery Cafe - Mardan

Visited this place in mardan, ordered a cake 4 days prior and I’m highly disappointed with the conduct of staff, place is clean, taste is okay but they need to teach manners and customer service to individuals specially the staff at cakes. On top of that, i asked for a complaint number which they refused to provide, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NEVER VISIT AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

This place used to be good before, but now the standard is horrendous, they served 6 half pieces of wings for 699 pkr which were just chicken wings dipped in pakora sauce and the small italian pizza priced 649pkr was disgusting to eat as we had come to some dhabba. Service was also awful, plates and glasses were dirty. I never make these kind of reviews but the service and the high price are very much in contrast. Go to KFC or OPTP instead.

I found out about this restuarant and wanted to visit so i read the reviews and decided to try it but to my surprise it was very disappointing. We ordered steaks,fries pasta and nachos also margaritas. They dont know how to make pasta. It was so bland and tasteless and they had put carrots and capsicum in it. I mean if you dont know how to make a **** pasta try finding a recipe on youtube. And the price was 899!!! Steaks were okay. Nachos had too much sauce and the sour cream was extremely sour. All i could taste in those nachos was sour cream which almost tasted like really sour yogurt. They are charging so much for things they dont even know how to make!

PATHETIC SERVICE..... RATHER EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE.... I used to go to their 1st branch and it was very good. I tried their new branch and my experience was the worst. First they did not give me the complete menu card. I went there to eat the beef steak but it was not on the menu. I was about to leave the restaurant when I saw a waiter coming with a steak. I asked the manager that steak was not on the menu on which he apologized and said that we forgot to give you the second menu. Anyways I again sat there. I waited for 15 mins but no waiter came to take the order. After 15 mins I gave the order and categorically told them to bring mashed potato with steak. The waiting time of order was 20 mins. When the order arrived, there was no mashed potato and the fries given with the steak were simply pathetic as shown in the picture. Also they did not deliver the drinks which I ordered. I called the manager and told him to bring the mashed potato. He went and came back after 10 mins saying that we don't have mashed potato. I was greatly disappointed by the service. Also taste was very mediocre. I strongly recommend NOT to dine there in any case.
