Bidrage med feedbackThis place was pretty nice. I loved the interior of the restaurant. If those are hand-painted murals on the walls, they are absolutely beautiful! The food was tasty as well. I ordered the taco salad with steak fajita meat but the steak was pretty tough and overpowering. Everything else was great. The one thing I do wish they would've done was ask if it was my first time there and explained how everything works. I was sitting for a while waiting for my server to come back with my bill but apparently, you have to go up and pay.
We wanted to dine in for lunch today, but it was so blazing hot in Marble Falls, We opted for the drive-through. It took quite a while for the order to be made, but it was the height of lunch hour, so I understood. We ordered the number 10 a crispy taco, cheese enchilada and rice beans. Also the number 19 ?Enchiladas Supreme?. A plate with four enchiladas, beef, chicken, cheese and beans. Served with cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. We thought both dishes were fairly typical Tex-Mex and nothing special. The only disappointment was lots of restaurants are giving chips and salsa ?to go? along with plate lunches, but apparently not at El Rancho. They do have a large menu and we might be interested in checking it again when in Marble Falls.
This is one of our favorite Mexican food restaurants. I would definitely recommend. Delish!
The food was good and the waitress was nice but when I was served my food, i had to ask to have my soup reheated. After the food is placed on my table, I had flies coming at me from every direction. I covered my food with napkins. Then one of the servers starts sweeping about 2-3 feet towards me. I had to politely ask her to stop. I could see a cloud of dust coming in my direction. I could tell she wasn?t too happy with my request. Not a pleasant experience.
Service is a little slow but its worth the wait. Beef fajita meat is very tasty. Served hot.
