La Playa Cabopino - Marbella

What an absolutely beautiful experience we had. the location is only from this world, I think one of the best on the coast. excellent eating, amazing service and the atmosphere was fab. was so nice to see you rusty, always radiant amazing vibes. always, thanks for such a impeccable service. many thanks for the recommendation that we will definitely be back and we will spread the word. 10/10

When it came to the time to pick up the plates, the personal rude commentary like “Let us pick up these nonsense” gave to a paying customer and would not show this attitude to other people. attitude was also shown when she sits in. as we were told to move because we do not order the lunch menu. I suggest sending the personal into a label class. happy to pay for it.

On our last visit to cabopino in December we had a plate crispy chipirones. they were very good as the alioli that was included. it was a big part, so we can snack the rest of the house for a later. we found out that the waiting staff was very friendly and attentive. a few of them cleaned the windows as it was particularly quiet when we were there.

Used to come here for drinks from time to time when visiting Cabopino with my partner before it was taken over. It’s on a lovely part of the beach and the place itself looks lovely since it’s takeover. On a previous visit we had been...ignored so we left and I’d reviewed this on our most recent visit October 2018 we managed to get served and have a drink one afternoon and we decided it might be nice to come have a meal in the evening and although the menu seemed expensive we thought it’d be nice to treat ourselves. We showed up when it was getting dark and after getting someone’s attention we were shown to a table now the place was a little busy but there were spaces all around and they sat the two of us near a couple of really loud obnoxious parties. The atmosphere just wasn’t nice at all and we weren’t willing to pay the expensive price tag not to be able to relax and enjoy ourselves so we left. We felt that the staff weren’t That bothered about us being there.

We came across what looked like a beautiful restaurant, with beautiful views, on the beach for lunch to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and the waiters waitresses made a very big deal about where to seat the...5 of us. We waited for about 15 minutes before having to go up and ask if we could order our food. A waiter and waitress then argued in front of us about which one of them was going to serve us. The waitress refused. The staff were very miserable and made us feel like we were an inconvinience in their restaurant. The service was extremely poor, we were not offered more drinks etc throughout the meal and had to call them over if we wanted something else. At the end of the meal my mum very politely went up to the counter (where all 5 members of staff seemed to be standing and asked if she could speak to a manager. They said that they weren't in so my mum explained that they all seemed very unhappy and that we had received poor service.. in response to this one of the waiters actually laughed at my mum. They stood there in silence- we didn't get a response or even a simple apology. Unfortunately for a restaurant in such a beautiful location and a lovely setting, we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and certainly will not be coming back again.
