It’s hard to believe that people are so caddy , it’s a great place to eat and meet friends . Most people are there on vacation , so if you are in hurry or stressed out and nasty don’t go there …or better yet stay in your own country

Very good coffee and delicious pastries but terrible service. Table service only but no staff come to the tables to serve you. Had to join the queue at the bar to ask for someone to actually take our order. Really poor.

A few years ago, we used to go to Eric’s almost every day. For the frambuesa tart and the apple tart. Now we are so disappointed as the quality of the apple has deteriorated. Spongy and brown in the middle. Also there is no longer any glaze on the raspberry tart. The apple has no taste of apple. It’s such a shame

Calidad excepcional, aunque el servicio tiene que mejorar, ya que requiere mucho para servir. Se ven en otro lugar, como si no te vieran.

We ordered coffee and croissants after being ignored for 10 minutes. The croissants came and 20 minutes later we saw the manageress greeting a newly arrived couple. We asked how much longer we would have to wait for our coffee. She wandered off and eventually came with 2 of the coffees. The other coffees arrived and I asked her why no apology? We have a problem was her reply. I had vowed never to usurp this establishment again but our friends wanted to come I replied to the manageress that you always have a problem here. With 10 staff all busy doing nothing I am at a loss as to why they are still in El Cortes Ingles!!
