The service is very slow. We have to wait for 45minutes to 1 hour just for our coffee. The drinks is way too expensive compare to other restaurants yet tastes so ordinary. Their blueberry smoothie taste like water tasteless. They need to improve their service. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₱2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

First of all, worst customer service! The ambiance and the place is great. The food was pricey but okay. We went here for lunch and when we arrived the restaurant wasn 't open yet so we waited. We enjoyed taking pictures though, but that 's where the fun stopped. We ordered a bunch of food, it took over an hour to arrive! You can 't even cancel the order even if they took forever so we didn 't have a choice but to wait. Our food didn 't arrive at the same time as well. We kept on checking about our food since it 's been 45min and we still didn 't get anything, the lady said they 're still defrosting the meat , like what? You should 've prepped the kitchen an hour before service starts. That 's not an excuse to keep your customers waiting. More than an hour passed and our food finally arrived and it was okay. Wouldn 't recommend to visit for a meal because of bad service, but good olace to visit and take pictures! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The food that was fried tasted like it was fried in rancid oil, this business has no place selling calamari it did not taste like squid. The service is poor and there’s plenty of waiters that just hang out upstairs, customers have a call button on the lower deck and upper balcony but no one ever came when we pressed it. The food is overpriced for what you are getting. The person who wrote our ticket said that one plate on the menu is good for feeding three people, it was one serving. When you want to add to ur ticket it’s disorganized, you have to go to the main floor and order from the counter, instead of physically telling the multiple waiters they have on hand. Not to mention you have to pay an admittance fee, that’s not an issue because the view is beautiful however, we wasted food, money, and an experience meant to be one of a kind.
