Zena's Gluten Free - Maple Ridge

I'm not gluten-free at all, but I've been constantly posing here! their freedom items are guaranteed no eggs or milk, so all these are vegan safe and other products will determine when they have cheese or other milk products. when they get brothware, the freeze devices are cheaper than they 're day old, but I have broth in the freezer anyway. I have my birthday cake from them and it was amazing!

Zena 's is a little gluten-free bakery I 've been going to for years now. They offer most of their products as vegan or what they label Freedom on their packaging. Their vegan products include different breads, kaisers, hotdog buns, pizza crusts, muffins, scone, cookies and cupcakes. I used to order these for group snack days in an office where I was the only vegan. Normally these people snubbed any mention of vegan food but they could not resist these baked goodies..even the grumpiest omnies would be coming back for seconds. Zena 's also takes orders for cakes..yes vegan cakes! and all of their other goodies. The staff is always friendly and very helpful answering any questions. The only downside is if you don 't pre-order you have to get in the door early as they sell out fast and selection is very slim near the end of the day.

This was (and I still think) the only gluten-free bakery in Maple Ridge. I was one of the first to press my face against the door waiting for them to be opened first. You have been expanding a good offer since... Bakery, cakes, cookies and other wars. I love her crispy roles. I see that restaurants around the city also advertise that they use bread from this bakery keep it local!

Our favorite place to find an allergy friendly baked treat! We are so grateful that we have a gluten-free, nut-free and milk/egg free option near home! Everything is always delicious!

This is a bakery that sells both baked goods and bagged mixtures to make themselves. The cinnamon rolls were very good. I also tried a few breads and a few mixes. Great options if those who need to be gluten-free just have a bread or pastries.
