Caribou Coffee - Maple Grove

Great coffee, location and service. Surrounded by numerous shopping facilities including Costco. The Strip Mall has a water fountain, garden and outdoor seating.

I was at this point and ordered a large cooler with 2 additional shots. I make it very sweet because I don't like the taste of coffee. I usually go to Fridley's place because they screwed my drink so much that they booked my drink for training purposes. So I got an extra big tasting like coffee. I wanted to ask the manager, and he wasn't very friendly. He wanted to take the drink and throw it in a big cup until I said no it was wrong and I want a new one. He was annoyed to make it back, just to get it and it tastes exactly the same as the one I already returned. I also told him that if all his employees weren't on their phone while I visited, maybe my drink would have been right again. I'm going to Fridley now.

I went to the store, the lady with two rolls refused to help me when I was waiting. She just saw me and gave me a ugly look and went away. So I had to wait for the young Mexican lady with short hair to help me with my order. The young lady made other drinks while she was back with two rolls and was on her phone. Whoever is this lady with the two rolls and gets up needs more training. Do not treat customers and employees!

Had a matcha cooler and it tasted like Bland. When I asked, they didn't even seem to care. I put my drink there. What a waste of money.

5 stars, it meets all the right notes. You make big coffee and the service is top notch!
