Tonight they had packed away all the food and were cleaning/shutting down over an hour early from the listed closing time. An employee working said they were cleaning, but could still make something and supposedly only had sofritas left. Time and time again, this location's customer service is subpar at best and extremely rude at worst. I've even tried placing online orders and end up waiting 15-20 minutes past the designated pick up time. Last time the employees didn't even acknowledge the group of people waiting on online orders. The customers had to get the attention of employees walking around. When I pay and order double meat, it looks like they give you less than a single serving amount. Very stingy with their portions. Not sure what kind of training the employees are going through or what management is doing!
Incredibly horrible service. I’ve tried to give this location plenty of chances… I don’t understand their bad attitude. ESPECIALLY when You are the one treating the employees with kindness and patience they return with snobby horrible attitudes. The guy at cashier curly hair skinny twig. Bro you’re not that hot. Don’t need to be cocky. I get it you had a bad day. Don’t take it out on customers PLEASE. Just no customer service ethic. Why? Anyway. Please chipotle the Manteca location needs attention. Also witnessed so many people walk in to pick up their order and nobody acknowledged them… which just caused a bigger scene because their food was there and they didn’t even bother to ask them what they were waiting on. Idk. That’s my take.
I've been going to this Chipotle location since it originally opened. Over the years I've seen a lot of employees, both good and bad.The best experience I've had till day was with Salman G. Hands down the best customer I've experienced at this location. Someone give this man promotion and raise asap.
I placed and order online.. when I went to pick up the order the soda machine was broken. They couldn’t give me a refund because it was an online order.. or just give me a different drink because the prices might be different.. then I went home and opened my bag and was missing items I paid for and the order was wrong. Very disappointing. All I was told was to call chipotle customer service…
Online orders are 30 minutes late constantly. I have no idea why I ever order online here since they don’t even start making the order until you arrive. Literally see 20 people order and get food when I placed my order an hour ago.
