TGI FRIDAYS - Ontario (Mansfield)

The service was good as expected. Despite the confusion of the hostess, we have set ourselves directly on our table (they were not sure if they were to put us in front of other guests who have already waited there, although we had a reservation.) my eating came cold out and the kitchen staff spoiled the eating of my wife so that it went out longer. the server has made a comment about the kitchen staff that was not too nice. I did not appreciate their negative comments about their employees. very unprofessional. all in all, it was a decent visit.

Kellner was a little harassed, it was Mother's Day, we expected to do it. the food was good. we're coming back!

It is a good restaurant. eating was not as hot as it should be.

My food arrived cold and there were mistakes with my wife's meal, causing a delay. The server made a not-so-kind remark about the kitchen staff. I did not appreciate the negative comments about their coworkers - it seemed unprofessional. Overall, it was an okay visit.
