Pollo Regio - Mansfield

I bought the Regio Platter with Carne Asada on 27 August. My Asada was crushed in tiny pieces, I almost thought it was ground beef. It never gets chopped like that and I ordered it several times. Instead of the usual grilled jalapeño I got a jalapeño from a can. For 15.99 I expect a better quality. I was very disappointed at this visit.

I waited about 15 minutes in the car-dru line with no one in front of me just to get an aqueous salad. It wasn't pleasant, and I asked for my beans on the side and didn't get them. No good experience here in this campaign.

Not really my place, but I still tried because we love Mexican food. Your beverage machine wasn't even switched on when we left. And my daughter didn't like her beans and rice and she likes the ones from most places.

I have the steak flour tacos and they were hot and tasty. Customer service was also great. Will definitely go back.

So I came to pollo Regio sometime this week at around 8pm, and the cashier Aurc bribed us with a free dessert in order for us to give him a good review about the service, but in reality he was sitting down while the restaurants restroom was very dirty. I will definitely not come here again. Very unprofessional.
