Panda Express - Mansfield

Store clean, employees friendly courteous….food not bad, had the 2plate black pepper steak Beijing Beef…..if using asparagus, exclude the lower stalk….not good, fibrous and takes away from meal!

The food was dry and they ran out of many things. Staff seemed new and we were not even sure if the restaurant was open because many chairs were set up, although we went 1 1/2 hours before closing time. Food: 2/5

The WORST PLACE to buy food especially ONLINE ORDER for PICKUP. Do NOT buy from this place, Panda Express, 1171 N Hwy I-287, near Pollo Regio. The waiting time is too long, 45mins!!! They tend to get customers to the store, but not ONLINE ORDERS. Online orders will serve the LAST. If there's a ZERO star, I'll give a ZERO. And the staff is very unprofessional! I will NOT recommend this place!

This place is downhill. I tried to call instead of making a complaint online, but no one would get the phone. You can't have a manager on duty. Tonight was very frustrating when I saw my food. I should have read other folk reviews, but I have ordered many times here and always had decent food for what I ordered. I even ordered an extra meal today and there was enough food. I ordered the 2 Entree 1 page. The ducks were about 2 bites of food and the side was not full. The quality of the food tonight was also warm not hot when I came home. I live 2 miles away. I guess Panda Express isn't important to train employees right there, so I had those poor servers that grab my food. I'll have to take buffet trips right away if I want Chinese food. The quality is much better from a restaurant instead of fast food.

This place is garbage, stay away! $10 for a cold tasteless 2 meat plate that is barely half a spoon full. Beef and broccoli were only 2 pieces of broccoli and one piece of beef! You can pay $2 more and go to everything you can eat Chinese buffet next to the Roadhouse in Mansfield! Don't waste your money in this place! The employees are also rude, asked for a compliment and rolling their eyes.
