Oak Park Tavern - Mansfield

In spite off being hidden away, the chef is as good as any New York chef. Everything is an eating experience. Try the frog legs as an appetizer. You will be surprised. One of my favs, when they have it, is salmon wrapped in crunchy potatoe shreds. Don't know how they prepare it, but it is a delicate delight.

This place is a great find. If you want a perfect Mom and Pop restaurant then this is the the place. They treat you like family and the food is amazing

Five thumbs up! First time being here with my husband for our Anniversary! Cozy clean very nice atmosphere…we had the Erie Perch calamari appetizer Liberty was our waitress, very pleasant attentive! Our summer cocktails were excellent! We’ll be back again!

Absolutely fantastic. I have ate here a few times when I get in town and I love it. Trust me when I say hidden GEM. Just go, nothing else to be said, just go. You won't regret it. Great food Below market prices...Just go..

My wife and I had the mussels appetizer absolutely excellent! We love mussels and these were as good as we've had; the bacon chips in the sauce is killer! We both had the yellow perch sandwich, ditched the bun and ate the perch straight up. It was really good. Finally, my wife had the sautéed mushroom and I had the mixed veggies and both were really tasty. Great job Oak Park!
