Bidrage med feedbackThis place is an absolute joke ? Placed an order, pulled up to the drive thru to retrieve it…. No acknowledgment. Pulled up to the window and the employees were waving their arms at me, wouldn’t even come to the window and speak to me. When they finally realized that I wasn’t leaving, a manager reluctantly came to the window. I explained that I had placed a mobile order and was picking it up. She said, “we closed” (great grammar . I stated I placed a mobile order and was picking it up. She said once again “we’ll, we closed” (there it was, once again ? . I advised my payment was processed and my order was placed prior to them closing as the app didn’t advise that they were closing. She looked at me and threw her hands up. I asked for her name and she advise that she “couldn’t give me her name”. Imagine that a manager without a name who can’t be recognized whether bad or good ?? She slammed the window in my face and walked off. How about that for customer service? Keith Vanecek… gotta do better and teach your employees A+ customer service. Such a joke ? And figure out your mobile app… calibrate it so customers aren’t able to place orders after a certain timeframe … INNOVATION ya think ?
Never once gotten my order right. This time even gave back my receipt and bags because my McRib wasn’t given to me. They hand me an extra bag with a sandwich in it….it was a quarter pounder. Like how do you mess up twice in a row? Lol. The food is McDonald’s food so no surprise there but just expect consistently bad service and you won’t be disappointed ?
Love me some McDonald's. This location is quite busy with fairly long lines at the drive-thru, but the cashiers are pretty quick and the lines move through pretty fast. I love that the food is always served warm and I frequently drive through on my way home from work.I definitely recommend.
I usually have good service but one morning a manager got upset with me because I asked for my money back. It’s MINE!!…Learn the real mean of customer service because obviously she doesn’t know what it means. Try reflecting it in your everyday life and I promise you will get better at it.
ATTENTION! On weekends! Breakfast seems to be now until 10:30am or maybe 10:40am none of the employees were sure about the time either! The drive-thru employee said 10:40 and that it started 2 weeks ago; however, the employee at the register inside the store said 10:30am and that it started 1 month ago. Save the hassle and go to another McDonald's for breakfast.
