Bidrage med feedbackMy recent expirience was great i ordered a quesadilla with fries and i also ordered a half chicken with rice and beans the wait was very quickly and the customer service was also great and the food was cooked well.overall the food tasted good and I reccomend this place.
Whenever I walk up to the counter to order my food, they always walk past like I'm not there to order. Then, after waiting they will walk up and then ask if the can help me.Food: 4/5
My recent experience was pretty good, and I figured I'd share.Had an event and needed to get food sorted pretty quickly. Ended up ordering three of their taco kits online, each supposed to feed 10-12 folks. However, each kit seemed like it could easily handle 20, considering the amount of food included. Each kit came with 70 tortillas, all the plates utensils, plates, and all the fixings needed . That's a lot of tacos.I gave them a call just to make sure everything was on track. They told me it would be ready, and it actually ended up being ready 15 minutes earlier than promised. Solid service.The packaging was something worth mentioning too. Everything came in these tough, sturdy boxes. The food was in trays that sat just right in the chafing dishes.Bottom line, Pollo Regio served up some great food for my event, and their service was reliable and straightforward. Can't ask for more than that.
I have been to this location twice. The first time was drive through and was told they were out of chicken. I came back a few months later and went inside to eat. Right away I noticed how dirty it was. There was food all over the floor, tables and counter top. The staff was oblivious to everything and acted like I was speaking gibberish. Again they said they were out of chicken. I found this interesting being the fact that it specializes in chicken. The young man at the register had no idea how to work it. It was an absolute terrible experience, I will not ever go again. I do not recommend this location at all.
Very disappointed. I ordered a sweet tea and was given the tea at the window. I sipped the tea as I waited for my food to be given to me and the tea tasted disgusting. Like moldy or like it 'd been sitting there for more than a day. I asked the nice young man at the window if I could switch out the drink as it tasted disgusting. He said yea I was gonna warn you but my boss was listening on the mic instead of getting another fountain drink I just asked for a bottled water as it was the safest option. At this point I 've lost my appetite because if the manager would get upset about their employee warning the customer of spoiled tea that they knew about prior then what would they be pushing onto the customers when it comes to the food? I already had low expectations for the food after my experience with the beverage. The chicken tasted old and the rice was bland and room temp. For the price I paid for this meal I am not happy at all. I can 't even finish the meal
