Chick-fil-a - Mansfield

I've been a loyal customer at this particular location for years. The new manager is very rude. My order was wrong for the last three times. But last night was the last time I ever spent my money at this point. After I was in line for 30 minutes, my order was wrong. This time I tried to return it and was told that I had to park and get inside. Because it was 30 degrees outside, I decide to get only one refund. Per Manger refused to give me my refund and said I had to contact the company for a refund. Don't be surprised if this happens to you!! I would recommend using your money at another Chick-fil-A that has no rude manager like this one in Mansfield outside of Walnut Creek!!!

Pretty rude staff, gesture with hand to “hurry up”. Doesn’t look at you when asking for stuff. A few bad apples that made the morning just more worse.

All of the food is good. Chick-fil-a sandwiches, Minis. You name it!!
