McDonald's - Mankato

I stopped here on my way through town and placed an order through the app. The drive through line was long, but it moved quickly. The employees were friendly and the service was good. My order was hot and fresh.

Everyone here is always very friendly. I usually come here for breakfeast and lunch here and there. Food is always made correctly and wait times are usually less than 5 min. I would also recommending ordering with the app, but still picking it up in store or at the drive thru.

Easy on and off from the highway and plenty of parking. The store offers counter or kiosk ordering and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered coffee and Sausage Egg McMuffins and the my were tasty and piping hot. When we finished our sandwiches we ordered sandwiches for the dogs and the dogs loved them. The store looks like it was recently remodeled and the decor was fun.

McD's on Highway 169 in Mankato is great. Awesome service. Great staff. My family goes to this McD's at least twice a month if not more.

Typical fantastic food. Service is top notch even though I had a fairly new server. I will say that management needs to address the issue of off duty employees carrying on conversations with on duty employees over the counter. This is unfortunately unprofessional, distracting both customers as well as employees behind the counter. This definitely slowed down the service times on orders while I was there. I know that you watch these times very closely.
