Dunkin' - Manitowoc

I just wasted over $20 to get less than half full lattes and rude service. Seriously disappointed. When I want coffee, I actually want a cup coffee not 2 sips. The girl acted like she would rather have been doing else besides her job. Didn't smile and rushed me through my order.

Went in and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge us didn’t smile or say thank you. She just looked like she was miserable and DID NOT want to be there. The floor inside is always dirty.

Thank you, Dunkin’ Manitowoc, for serving me yet another cup of disappointment. My drink tasted like a combination of rubber tires and dirt. Usually we take the extra time to drive to the Sheboygan Dunkin’ where the drinks are always good, but today decided to give Manitowoc yet another chance. Never again Manitowoc, you serve garbage in a cup!! Do better!!

No receipts are ever given, and if asked for one, I get attitude and told that it will be awhile because they need to replace the paper. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, it was cold and smashed and without cheese. Also ordered omelette bites that were burnt and smashed. I never complain but this time it was unacceptable.

Beverages seem to always be shorted... got a large hot carmel macchiato. Foam is an inch from the brim. And liquid was half inch lower than that. If I'm paying for a large, then fill the cup!
