Bidrage med feedback1st time to try Galleon by Marios Kitchen. Got disappointed. Lots of items on the menu are not available then they served us raw salmon and the sapicao is kinda hard
Lovely interiors and good food. Servings are pretty big! Only accepts cash payments (for now, hopefully).
When I arrived, the place is empty so making a reservation is not needed.Place is cozy and classy, but the dishes that we ordered,(surf n turf and salmon) are dry amd tasted bland.
Dined at Galleon's twice and experienced a good service during both visits. I specifically love the rustic look and feel of the restaurant, and always tempted to steal their antique maps hung up on their wooden wall. Pardon my ignorance, but I was honestly surprised to find a decent Filipino fusion restaurant in that specific street in the red light district of Malate. The Beef Lasagna was overloaded with cheese to the point that the cheese lover in me had to surrender 3/4 way into eating it. The Crispy Bagnet with Pinakbet and Beef Tenderloin Salpicado are my favorites!
