Would only go here for a quick bite or their halo-halo specialty. The chao fan rice is not consistent, sometimes it's delicious, sometimes it lacks salt. The price is affordable and not bad considering the quantity. The place could be organized a bit better and can be cleaner though. Serving time is also a bit long, but the staff is very kind and respectful. They are a bit undermanned at night though. Service: Dine in
