We had a very nice dinner and breakfast in this place (the hotel side is great). Beautiful selection of local dishes and of course the typical cheese fondue is available. Everyone was very friendly and everything is done to make you feel at home. Thanks for the good time.

Beautiful restaurant before when the sky area where all local dishes taste. Fondue savoyarde very tasty. Appropriate prices and good staff, try to make your lunch nicer

As la maison des bois by marc veyrat offers only very expensive rooms we decided to stay close to dinner on the hill. les sapins was a perfect find. We had a nice room for us four. Breakfast was simple, but nice... and everyone was very welcoming.

Have been here several times. My dad has Chemo and has been told to be very careful about eating out. This is one of the only restaurants that he can eat at because of the food hygiene standard. 3 course meal 28 Euros so not...the cheapest. However the food is excellent. Very popular at Sunday lunchtime all year and evenings during ski season so best to book. For less adventurous eaters, they will always cook a steak which is really nice. Excellent chef and you can tell it is good because this is where all the locals eat! French Cuisine.

A delicious meal, a romantic diner with outstanding food service: a Saint Pierre fish admirably cooked as I never tasted before, a foliated pastry underlying delicious vegetables feuilleté in French) , an incredible tasteful and delicate raspberries pie, fine wines, it seemed that...I had not eaten so well for decades...Congratulation to this family who is doing a great job which looks like more like a passion for them than a job by the way ! This is the real French way of life, this is an art, at the Hotel Les Sapins!
