Really friendly staff, extraordinary cheesecake! I got the plain, chocolate, Oreo and chocolate peanut butter. Plain and chocolate were my favorite!

I had the apple cobbler cheesecake ,absolutely amazing. This is definitely a must try.

Have you ever really considered the statement never judge a book by its cover ? Well that is definitely the statement for this place. I was on work related business and I wanted something to eat but I didn 't want a meal or anything I just wanted something sweet. I knew that if I got on the highway I was going to have to drive a long way so I look to the left and saw this place and decided I would go ahead and try some cheesecake. Now I have to tell you, the location can be easily missed because it 's sitting in the parking lot of a busy gas station but it 's not connected to it. The signage of the building is poorly visible, it doesn 't have any dazzle to make it stand out and because of where it 's situated you can easily drive right by it. When you go inside the building there isn 't much going on there as well . It does have seating that looks pretty comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and the case where the cheesecakes were displayed were very visible and plentiful. Behind the cheesecake case was a huge freezer where you could see stacked up frozen cheesecakes. I knew right away that this was not a bakery shop but strictly a cheesecake facility and I liked that because I didn 't feel like I had to try to choose between donuts, cake slices or any other type of bakery item I only had cheesecakes and I hate to be confused by menus and products. It also seemed as though these cakes were not made in this place that this place was just housing and distribution which also means that you could place orders to have them shipped there and pick them up or they probably do delivery. Now we 'll get to the main course. The cheesecakes that I saw in the case that were available were the normal cheesecake, salted caramel, red velvet, chocolate, and then they had one called banana pudding cheesecake. I consider myself sort of a cheesecake connoisseur and I usually can tell when a cheesecake is made with real technique or whether it was just thrown together but in all my tasting of cheesecake flavors I 'd never had banana pudding so I decided to get that. Hoodoggie!!!!! OMG! This cheesecake was ample in portion, the flavor of banana pudding flavor wasn 't overpowering but clearly present. it wasn 't dense it was airy and flavorful and it is by far the best cheesecake I 've ever had, and I do mean the best. Cheesecake factory has nothing on these people. This is actually the first cheesecake I have ever eaten and I didn 't feel guilty after eating it because it wasn 't overly sweet, thick and dense but light and creamy. If you 're ever in the Junction city Kansas area do check out this place. You will not be disappointed your taste buds will thank you.

Just tried this place, you will not regret it! This was my first time, I got the Blueberry lemon crumble cheesecake, and it was nothing less than amazing !!!!

They had a cannoli cheesecake and I made a mistake getting one slice because I only went in for my husband but then he had me taste it… and he didn’t get another bite?it was so good and I’m honestly glad it wasn’t a bigger piece for health and weight reasons ?
