Bidrage med feedbackBought expensive fish. It was wrapped by the woman behind the counter. Took it home and put it in the refrigerator. Next day took it out and it smelled up the whole house. The cat fainted. They gave me my money back but that is a bad health issue. Wont go back ever.
Each visit I 've made to this Whole Foods has been an unmitigated nightmare. The people who come to shop here are extremely rude, have no common decency, will bump into you pretending you 're not there and have absolutely no regard for personal space during a global pandemic. On my most recent visit on 02/06, I observed a manager walking around the crowded store with no mask on talking on the phone. This is despite a mask mandate in NYS. But who cares about protecting yourself, your staff and customers, amirite? The best part was probably when a fire alarm started going off, and no one from the staff offered an explanation on whether there was an actual emergency taking place. The alarm blared the entire time I waited on line during checkout. Waiting on line at this Whole Foods requires being sardined in a narrow hallway while the other customers will continuously bump you with their shopping carts. If you 'd like to experience one of the circles Dante described, look no further than this WF!
The lilies here are wonderfully fragrant and a good deal at $10 a bunch. I also love the 365 lime frozen fruit bars. I've shopped here a few times after having lunch and shopping across the street at the Americana. The associates here are very helpful. Not too crowded because they make you wait outside until some people leave. The only thing is, they should open more Whole Foods in Long Island. I heard the Best Market in Great Neck on Great Neck Road will close, so that is a perfect location for a Whole Foods!
Worst Whole Foods I've ever been to, and I shop at the Centre St location in Jamaica Plain, MA sometimes. Too small, too congested, poorly laid out, poor selection. This is just not a good representation of Whole Foods.
It 's a half hour drive to this Whole Foods from Queens but worth it during the pandemic- 5 minute wait max compared to I won 't wait on line with 30 people on 57th and third in Manhattan. Plentiful free parking lot right in front. This Whole Foods is, oddly, smaller than the ones I 've been to in Manhattan and doesn 't have the prepared food selection of the one in Bryant Park, but generally suffices. Clean store, organic selection, and discounts for Prime members. Bring your own bags and get a refund while doing your part to save the planet.
