3 times in a row at this hotel. 2 times in One Bedroom Suite 1 times in the Family Thematic Suite. The rooms are perfect. Thematic suites are fun for children while a balcony for outdoor seating area is too hot in the afternoon, but warm and OK in the morning and evening. One bedroom suite is very spacious and the bathroom is great! Both rooms, beds are heavenly! The hotel has so many facilities and enough photo points. You could check the Kids Zone where they can play while exploring the hotel. Food is amazing! Go to Envy Cafe and enjoy a very nice cocktail. Staff are very nice as you can expect from Hilton Standard Hotels. Definitely one of my favorite hotels and are very proud to recommend it!

TOP NOTCH! best service from start to finish. Enter the hotel, welcomed by safety, bell guys, front office and all employees with great smiles on their faces. The service was great! All employees are professional, polite, helpful and prompt!. We cried at the Envy restaurant. The service was amazing! We would like to come back in the near future. We had an early flight, so we had to get in touch early. We informed the office that we wanted to leave the hotel at about 6:00. Before leaving the office gave us a bag of breakfast to go. We found some pastries and coffee!!! what a nice surprise. We were so happy... especially we had no time to eat. Thank you Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali. You made our little vacation unforgettable! We had a wedding there in the beautiful villa and spent a few nights in the regular room. The hotel staff was amazing! They helped with everything we needed with smiles on their faces. Cleanliness and condition was great and for friendly price. Really recommend!

This is very nice resort. If you want to enjoy real gem, you need to book a balcony with pool view. They also have a very nice playground for toddlers about 2 5 years old.

Not sure this is the one we stayed. But if it was, it is definitely worth 5-star rating. Private beach, kid’s club, connected rooms and free PS4 or XBox. This is heaven for family especially kids. We got recommended by other hotel owners to try holiday inn and we made a right decision. We love Bali and this is the best one in Bali.
