This restaurant is amazing. There is a lot of art and seating for guests. The kitchen is spotless and they use filtered water for cleaning, cooking, and making ice. They typically offer 6-10 vegetarian dishes, with half of them being vegan. We stayed here for a whole month and had no trouble staying vegan or eating raw. The friendly staff are always willing to accommodate vegan requests. The backstory is that the original owner tried to open a vegan restaurant, but later switched to vegetarian.

We recently visited this restaurant multiple times during our trip to Goa. It is now called Mandala Resort and Restaurant, no longer the Blossom Natural Therapies Center or a raw vegan café. The place looks amazing with a magical energy and beautiful setting. However, it is important to note that it is not fully vegan despite being listed as such. The employees are not familiar with veganism and serve meat, so it is more accurately described as a veg-friendly restaurant with good vegan options such as soy sausage and scrambled tofu for breakfast. It is crucial to clearly communicate preferences to avoid misunderstandings, as we experienced being served milk and ice despite expressing our dietary restrictions. Despite this issue, I still recommend this place and would return for its beautiful ambiance in a tranquil setting. The menu just needs to be clarified to prevent confusion. That must be the best and perhaps only raw health food caffe in goa. I felt very happy to have stumbled over it. I could be 100% on the raw diet during my stay in mandrem because of this caffe and I felt amazingly healthy. every day I enjoyed raw carrot cake, raw ice cream, raw humous, raw flax crackers, sprouts, organic viggaries, raw chocolate deserts, healthy fresh fruit and vegetables and many other delicious raw tasty. everything is washed with a special water filter system so that I don't even have close to getting sick or like problems at all while I was in india what is a rare thing! So I am very grateful to this place. also for sale in caffe are natural parasite tinctures, natural wash soaps, sometimes weizengrass and other health conscious supplements and products. prices are also very reasonable!
