The improbable frame (a food-truck on a supermarket parking) confirms that appearances can be misleading. the delicacies of the siam offer a fine cuisine, structured and pointed flavors with ingredients of an absolute freshness (I recommend the curry thai with shrimp and smoothie mango / raspberry !). a lot of great restaurants could / should inspire. ps / my reviews can be quite critical, the discovery of a pepite is all the more enjoyable to share.
