Cafe Bai deserves its Best in Cebu status. The service is really good. Staff is helpful and friendly. The place is big and cool. Food is delicious. Every dish I got is almost good. Well, there are certain that I didn't like or I'd say I didn't prefer. Even their desserts are good. Usually, like buffet style restaurants, neglect their desserts. Their mango cake, revel bar are so good. I'd like to go back though it's not cheap but worth it.
