We came here last Monday as a walk in customer we have been second on the list. Then when we are called, the lady mentioned all of the tables had been reserved and the only available one with a high chair (bar type table), I said okay because we have no choice, then while we are eating I look around and I saw a table for four beside us, we asked 1 of the waiter if he can transfer us, he said ‘YES’ then after 10 minutes a receptionist is approaching us asking us to be transferred again back to our original table because the people who reserved the table are there and he said they are 6, It’s so humiliating on my birthday because the people are looking at us because they saw us being transferred and now we are going back. The worst is the people who replaced us on that table are not six, they are a couple. The waiters are good, and the people in the front are LIARS and not giving consideration to the guest who is already eating. We came from Bulacan and the supposed to be a happy celebration turns out to be a nightmare.
