Columbine - MANCOS

Good food Had the Texas Burger and it was cooked to perfection. The onion rings are delusion, crispy outside just right inside. Just wish I hadn't been so hungry as they looked picture perfect when served.

Solid restaurant and one of the best places to eat in Mancos. Will go again.

Good place to get some delicious hot wings, and the fries are phenomenal. I didn't have a chance to take a picture because they were sooo delicious. And the prices are good. I would definitely come back to try them fries and the other great items on the menu. The staff are friendly and attentive. They deserve a good tip.

We enjoyed friendly service, clean and fast turnaround times when ordering. The salad was really fresh, the honey mustard vinaiigrette dressing went well with my salad. The steak had great taste and boiled to the right temperature. My only complaint is the prices. The prices are not terrible, but a little high. It could be justified considering that not much other is nearby.

After working up a hunger at Mesa Verde, we found this tiny gem! I almost forgot to take a picture before joining the clean plate club. I had the Ruben which was delicious, but the real star was the smash burgers and their fabulous crispy edges. I'm not sure if I'll make it down to Mancos again soon, but if I do I know where I will be dining again!
