Wahu: Breakfast - Manchester

I really appreciate the idea of a quick and healthy food bar. I tried a lunchbox with a mixed salad, salmon, three toppings, and teriyaki sauce, which was incredibly tasty. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that's to be expected with healthy snacks. I loved the ambiance of the place; it was very chic, clean, and colorful. However, since they just opened a few days ago, the service is still a bit slow for what you would expect from a fast service establishment.

This is a great spot with fresh ingredients. My only suggestion is to increase the portion size for the box meals. The boxes don't need to be larger, just more generously filled. It would also be nice to have a more aesthetically pleasing outdoor seating area.

TL;DR - Gorgeous interior, great food, but a bit lacking on atmosphere. We were looking for somewhere healthy for lunch and Wahu seemed to tick the box -

Wahu is a spacious restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating. I ordered a cup of tea, but was disappointed to receive it in a takeaway cup which wasn't pleasant. The tea cost £1.50. They also serve wraps on their menu.

I've had breakfast and lunch at Wahu and thought both were pretty goodThe granola was tasty and a generous size.
