Pizza Hut - Manchester

Douglas provided exceptional service during our visit to the restaurant. He was patient and catered to our needs, especially those of my son who has Autism. Douglas was friendly, experienced, and had great customer service skills. The other staff member working there was also cheerful and attentive. While the food was just okay and the pizza was not great, it was Douglas's excellent service that stood out to us. We would rate our experience 10/10 thanks to Douglas, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for being brilliant and genuine, Douglas. Best wishes, Tal, Aisha, and Saifaan.

Once the waitress finally arrived, she was very helpful. We had to complain that our pizza wasn't hot, but they offered us a fresh one. The restaurant and toilets were very dirty, with not enough staff given as an excuse. Our overall visit was spoiled by the complaints we had to make.

We got severed by a lovley gentleman called dug, he told us a all about the deals and buffet that was on. He was extremely helpful and he even went out of his way to carry my pram up and down the stairs! Even when he had a big party of children next to us he still a managed to make us happy! We had problems with the qr code but he was quick to get it sorted and ordered for us! Food was good but service by dug was great! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

It had been a long time since I last visited Pizza Hut, so when we were in town shopping, I decided to stop by. We were seated at the back of the restaurant at a table for four, even though there were only two of us. I found it too hot back there, so I asked to move to a booth near the front. The female employee refused, saying it was a table for six. Despite there being many empty tables of various sizes, she just walked away in disappointment. Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave. We ended up going to the Pizza Hut at Manchester Fort, where we had a great experience. Our server, Ebony, was very friendly and helpful, despite not liking sweetcorn on pizza. She even assisted us when we had trouble ordering through the app. If you have any sort of mental disability, I recommend avoiding the Pizza Hut on Corporation Street, as the staff there were rude.

Expensive pizza and mac n cheese, no longer table service there's a qr code on your table than you scan and they bring the food to you. Food wasn't piping hot either. Salad bar but no cutlery so how do you eat a salad? Would I eat at a pizza hut again ? Nope
