Bidrage med feedbackThe booking was a complete washout. we arrived in time and were told that they were closing due to a personal shortage. we told them we had a book. they are sorry, but could not do anything; they did not seem to be aware of the booking. we sometimes appreciate that restaurants are close early due to unforeseen problems. but that was planned, what annoys us is that our booking was accepted and we were not told about the closure before. Why did they take our phone number if not for this type of ding? we both keep carluccios and open table responsible for it. we think carluccio is unreliable. we used another restaurant and will go back there. it's a pity because carluccio used to be so good.
I have to go to the restaurant and it was closed. had received a confirmation text on the day before.
The service was good, but eating was bad and taste, especially seasonal. I had penne giardinierra, which was essentially raw, soggy courgette. my friend had veganesca spaghetti, which dirty and without taste. we were very disappointed and were not asked about our food quality.
We waited a very long time for our eating in a cold restaurant, and when eating arrived, some of them were overwhelmed not to say burned. we thought to give it back, but until then we were so hungry that we had eaten about 3/4 of it. we tried to buy something in the load and two assistants were not able to find it on the floor, and so it was at the end without it because we caught a train. not as good as our last visit for long.
Very poor service. On arrival did not have reservation. Sat by an open door ,very cold,food not value for money and very slow service indeed.
