While this restaurant may be a part of a chain, the atmosphere feels more like a quaint, cozy coffee and snack shop owned by a single individual. The employees are friendly and helpful, but like many retail food establishments these days, they tend to push extras on customers. Overall, I would rate this restaurant four out of five stars.

I've been out here quite often because it was right below my accommodation. The hot chocolate is simply perfect for cold days and evenings in some. I actually preferred her hot chocolate over dieucks. the 4.0 rating is only for the hot chocolate. even if they buy 10 drinks, their 11. is absolutely free, useful when they visit the place often.

This caffe nero is very good.ive was only once to this, but the staff was very good and the coffee excellent. it is well located near oxford road train station and other public transport. the load was clean and tidy and looks like it was a busy place. worth visiting and I will visit again.

Far away best laugh, which I have ever drink in my life. thanks to the team
